People with disabilities have a lot to offer the workforce. They can be a great asset to any company, and they are motivated to work hard. But despite their many skills and abilities, people with disabilities are often overlooked when it comes to hiring.

1) People who get jobs are more likely to feel empowered and independent.

2) They have better self-esteem and improves their quality of life.

3) It gives you something to do during the day and helps you socialise more with other people.

4)Employment opportunities provide financial stability: Employment is one of the most important ways for individuals to gain financial stability and independence. People who have disabilities may struggle to find work because of their condition; however, once they have a job they will be able to earn money to support themselves or their families.

5)Employment provides purpose: Working can give disabled individuals purpose in life which can improve their mental health and well-being. Individuals who are unemployed may feel like they are not contributing anything positive to society which can lead them down a negative path.
